| Your new company Delighted to be working alongside a well- recognised public sector organisation in their search for an 2 nd line support technician based within their Belfast office. Your new role You will be responsible for managing incident queues on the call management system, alongside undertaking hardware and software housekeeping routines to improve hardware performance.
