| We are searching for an IT Helpdesk Analyst / Support Analyst to be responsible for supporting internal staff and external customers from our clients Exeter office.
The role will be working as part of a team to service and support a range of hardware, software and EPOS systems. The role will support products, services and systems remotely and on the phone.
The right candidate will have various support skills at a 1st and 2nd line level, including, Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, Infrastructure & Desktop Support, Microsoft Office, Virtualisation – Hyper-V, VMware, Networking – LAN, WAN, Firewalls etc.
Experience of working in an ITIL based environment would be an advantage. Excellent customer service skills must be demonstrated as will experience of working in a Helpdesk environment.
You will be trained in a wide range of EPOS systems and bespoke systems, supported by a number of Senior Engineers.
