As an It Support Analyst (first line support) you will provide first time fix, technical support to employees throughout the aviation industry. You will focus solely on Microsoft support, and work with Active directory to update, manage and create worker profiles and access. Based in a prime location in Stevenage, this contract offers immediate start to experienced first line analysts with a desire to work within a prestigious line of industry.
You will bring expert customer service to an industry that thrives on the strength of rapport, by understanding technical queries and efficiently logging all calls to ensure that all technical assistance is provided. Here you adhere to client specific SLA and protocol.
