| We are currently recruiting for a Process Improvement Project Manager to join their team for an initial 1 year fixed term contract.
The successful project manager will be a strong decision maker and will work on organisational improvement. The main function of this role will be to work on the requirement to lead the delivery and design of corporate cross functional process improvement reviews.
The project manager will use an array of skills, tools and techniques. We are looking for a Project Manager who has substantial experience in, designing, developing, delivering and leading corporate cross functional organisational change and improvement projects/programmes.
The successful Project manager will:
Be able to clearly evidence their knowledge and expertise in a range of specialist organisational change and continuous improvement skills including:
• Business process reengineering
• Systems dynamics,
• Operational research
• Business analytics and problem-solving.
Ideally the successful candidate will have working knowledge of PRINCE2 Project Management. Have public sector experience and/or relevant experience of project based work within a large, complex organisation.
