1.1 You acknowledge that the Internet or Torsion Consulting systems, services and equipment may from time to time be inoperative in full or in part as a consequence of but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, Maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, any communication connectivity problems or other facts beyond the control of and you acknowledge that Torsion Consulting will not be held liable for any failure or inability to provide continuous, error free, uninterrupted services under these or any other circumstances.
1.2 You will be able to access some areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.

15. FURTHER TERMS FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS.
Cancelling your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription by giving 30 days notice in writing, to [email protected] Please note there is a 3 month minimum subscription for all types of subscription. Should you decide to cancel your subscription, please let us know by email to [email protected] 30 days before you wish to cancel.
If You cancel Your subscription or Your account is terminated, all Your account information will be marked as deleted and will be deleted from Torsion Consulting databases within a reasonable time period. Third parties may retain saved copies. Your listing will be deleted immediately from the substitution network directory.
Torsion Consulting reserves the right to delete Your account and all of Your Information in the event that any of our terms have been breached by you or if you cease paying your subscription.
As part of your subscription, we provide you with a domain name, website, and email address. These remain the property of Torsion Consulting Ltd whilst you are an active paying subscriber. In the event of you ceasing to pay your subscription, your account will become suspended and then cancelled as follows:
Your website and emails will be automatically suspended after 7 days following non payment of the subscription due, or 7 days following your notice period. This will result in your website and emails being inaccessible.
Should you wish to retain your website and emails following cancellation, you have 2 options:
a. Website Hosting
We will continue to host your website as well as run updates to keep your website secure. A an annual fee is payable for this service.
b. File Transfer
If you wish to host the website and emails yourself, you can request to be sent your website files. There is a one-off fee payable.
If we do not hear from you at all, your website and emails will be permanently deleted 30 days after account suspension. Your domain name will be set to expire. Unless we hear otherwise, this is the default process.
16. PAYMENT TERMS
You agree that monthly payments will be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. You acknowledge and agree that in the event of failure by you, or the person with whom responsibility lies for payment of such transactions, that we may terminate your account and cancel this agreement immediately. We may also pursue payment in a court of law.
You agree to the payment structure agreed with us, and agree to be charged in accordance with it. All prices are in pounds sterling.
You agree that we may alter the above rates within 30 days of notifying you of such changes. If you do not wish to continue this agreement with the altered rates, you may terminate the agreement giving us 30 days notice.
The terms and conditions of this agreement will continue unless terminated by you or us, by notice in accordance with this section.
Torsion Consulting will have no further obligation to you, upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
You fail to pay any amount due to us;
You are a limited company and call a meeting of creditors or are otherwise the subject of proceedings under the Insolvency Act of 1986, or are unable to pay your debts as they fall due within the meaning of section 123 of the Insolvency Act of 1986, you cease to trade or go into liquidation;
You are an individual and are declared bankrupt or enter into any arrangement or compromise with your creditors, or you cease to trade.
